I am pleased to announce that Wide World of Golf has completed a merger with Premier Golf LLC (Travel Incorporated) of Duluth, GA effective January 1^st. 

Mike Lardner, my Lancaster, PA partner at WWG since 1996, is retiring and we will close the Pennsylvania office. Jeff Kondash (Technology), Euan Findlay (UK operations) and Alison Deane (Ireland) will remain in their current positions. The remaining accounting, marketing and sales support will be absorbed by the experienced staff at Premier Golf, a division of Travel Incorporated.  I will remain as President of Wide World of Golf in my Austin, TX office.

Both brands (Premier Golf and Wide World of Golf) will remain active and the February 2009 Wide World of Golf purchase of the Atlantic Golf Company (Stamford, CT) residual assets remains unchanged.
