Day 1: Sunday
After having collected your rent-a-car at Milan

the hotel. Tonight meet the escort who will take
you to a local restaurant for your welcome
dinner and he will introduce to you the
programme of the week.
Day 2: Monday
Your first day of golf will be at Le Robinie,
the only Jack Nicklaus course in Italy. At 5 pm
drive to the local hotel school for your first
cooking lesson. At the school, a maître will
explain the different way to prepare the table
according to the event. A wine tasting will
accompany the dinner.
Day 3: Tuesday
Your golf will start again today from a 7-time
Italian Open course: Monticello, a 36 holes very
near to Como. At 5 pm drive to the local hotel
school for your second cooking lesson. A second
wine tasting will accompany the dinner.
Day 4: Wednesday
Today, you'll drive north along the west shores
of Lake Como directly to Menaggio where you'll
play the local golf course, one of the oldest in
Italy, built by the English aristocracy at the
beginning of the 20th century. Once there, take
the occasion to go and visit Bellagio, just on
the other side of the lake (use the ferry boat)
or Villa Carlotta, famous for its azaleas
garden. Tonight drive to the local hotel school
for your third cooking lesson.
Day 5: Thursday
Today it is the turn of La Pinetina Golf Club, a
course cut in the forest. In fact, Pinetina
means small forest. Tonight drive to the local
hotel school for your fourth cooking lesson. The
end of the dinner will be delighted by a tasting
of different grappas.
Day 6: Friday
Today, it is the turn of a historic Italian golf
course: the Villa d'Este, seat of the Italian
Open for 12 times, located at only 6 miles from
the town. Today drive to the local hotel school
for your fifth and final cooking lesson. A third
wine tasting will accompany the dinner.
Day 7: Saturday
After a full week, today you will do NOTHING.
Just shopping and rest. Or, allow Wide World of
Golf to arrange an optional round of golf. You
will meet again for your farewell dinner in the
best restaurant in Como.
Day 8: Sunday
Your golf holidays is ended. Drive to the
airport and depart.

GRAND HOTEL VILLA D’ ESTE - Set on
the shores of Lake Como, the Hotel is
located in one of the most important
crossroads between Italy and Northern
Europe. This ancient Villa of the 16th
century is surrounded by a 10-acres of
private park and gardens. Built in 1568 by
architect Pellegrino Tibaldi, known as "Il
Pellegrini", as a private residence for
Cardinal Tolomeo Gallio, it was considered
one of the finest examples of architecture
and landscaping. Between its construction
and its conversion into a hotel in 1873,
Villa d’Este (consisting of the Cardinal¹s
Palace and the Queen¹s Pavilion, built in
1860 and later named in honor of Caroline of
Brunswick, Princess of Wales) has a colorful
and checkered history. Its residents
included Jesuits, generals, the estranged
wife of a future king of England, European
aristocracy by the score and even a czarina
of Russia. Now it is listed as one of the
top resort hotels in the world and always
lives up to its vaulted reputation. The
world class service, amenities and elegant
atmosphere the hotel offers are rivaled by
none, truly a first class property and one
of Italy’s real treasures. WWG Rating: A+
