OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP MARATHON - Scotland & England |
|
|
11 nights / 9 rounds golf from Glasgow to
London
Ever wanted to play all the British Open Rota courses?
Here is our plan to make your
dream come true in one easy trip. The 5 Scottish "rota"
courses and the 4 English
"rota" courses are included,
with nice 4 star hotels and a comfortable van for your
foursome. Its a lot of tough golf and a bit of
driving, but one way to play them all in one great 12
day trip! Plan early so we can get you on Muirfield
(often sells out a year in advance!).
"Over time, some
guys get to play all the Open Rota courses, but this is
how you can do it in one Royal sweep!”
– Bill Hogan – President Wide World of Golf
"St
Andrews is where all the greats want to win an Open, and
the site where they can validate a Hall of Fame career.”
– Bill Hogan - Wide World of Golf President

Turnberry Ailsa Course –
Site of the 2009 British Open Championship,
and one of the top links courses in the
world.
Clearly a “lifetime top 10” on almost
everyone’s list, The Ailsa is probably the
most beautiful links course in Scotland.
Muirfield – formally called
"The Honourable Company of Edinburgh
Golfers”, Muirfield is probably the best
test of links golf of them all, and the most
exclusive club in Scotland.
Nicklaus and Faldo have won here, but not
Woods (yet!).
Royal Brikdale – often
everyone's favorite in England, as many holes
play through dunes where nobody else on the
course can be seen.
Always in great shape, a real
classic.
