Day 1
– Arrive Shannon – Welcome tour briefing –
transfer to the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis and
then transfers to Lahinch Golf course (Old
Ground Hotel)
Day 2
– Golf today at Dromoland Castle, on the grounds
of the famous 13th Century Castle
Hotel. Recently redesigned and upgraded the
parkland course is hilly, interesting and
beautiful. One of the great resort courses in
Ireland. (Old Ground Hotel)
Day 3
– Today you will play a course that is on every
list of the top most beautiful courses in the
world, the great Killarney Killeen GC with many
lakeside holes with views across to the
Migilicuddy Reeks, Kerry mountains. (Randles

Day 4
– A fun short links course today, Dooks GC, one
of the most welcoming local golf clubs in
Ireland…as a caddy once said…”It’s ten thousand
yards in the wind!” (Randles Court)
Day 5
– Dingle GC in the Gaelic speaking local area,
also referred to as Caen Schibal. This links
course is hard to find without WWG directions! (Randles

Day 6
– Finish your tour at the famous Waterville GC.
Go out the northern route and return to
Killarney by the southern route and complete the
Ring of Kerry, widely acclaimed to be one of the
most beautiful scenic drives in the world. (Randles

THE OLD GROUND HOTEL

sash windows, a generously proportioned
private garden and the warmth of a west of
Ireland welcome reminiscent of a bygone age

The elegant restaurant offers fine
cuisine and bar snacks are available.
The hotel was refurbished in 2004 and
has a very traditional freshened bar area.
RANDLES COURT HOTEL -

Originally built in 1906 as a family
residence, the hotel in popular Killarney
retains the warmth and friendliness that one
would associate with a family home, even
though it has now be developed into a 37
bedroom hotel. You’ll feel the welcoming
warmth as you enter the stained glass porch
to the reception area with its marble floors
and rich Persian rugs, and you’ll perceive a
standard of courteous, efficient service.
Enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the small
but intimate bar with its original stained
glass windows and antique fireplace.
Public room furnishings include
object d’art murals, tapestries, Japanese
table lamps and antiques.
The bedrooms are spacious with
satellite television, radio, direct dial
telephone and hairdryer.
Seafood is the specialty in the Court
Restaurant.
Relax on the patio or retire to the
drawing room for a coffee or after dinner
